I bought 2 swords from this seller and can't wrap my head around folks who think they’ll get 'authentic' Japanese swords at this price point. Their offerings are pretty much 'you get what you pay for.' The designs are unique, the quality is solid, and the customer service is top-notch, plus they consistently deliver good products.

Don’t go looking for a Bugatti in a Mercedes dealership; that just doesn’t add up.

Honestly, my experience with their items and especially their customer support has been nothing but positive.

I think I've been ripped off!!

I ordered a sword as a Christmas gift at the start of November, and here we are in 2023, and it’s still MIA. After a couple of emails from "Pierre," I was told my package would show up in "7-14 days" on two different occasions. They used both the holiday season and Covid-19 as reasons... but it’s still not here.

I shot off another email (even though my last two went unanswered) asking to cancel my order and get a full refund. But honestly, I’m not confident either will come through.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!!

My sword finally showed up. I’d rate the quality about a 4 out of 10. I wouldn’t say it looks like a "toy," but the craftsmanship is pretty shoddy for the price.

Overall, I’m thoroughly let down.

I requested to cancel my order and get my money back. After a bit of back and forth, they finally said yes. I received an email that said- Sure, we’ll process your refund in 10 business days.

But here we are, 13 days later, and still nothing has come through. I wouldn’t trust this site; it seems sketchy. Also, the katanas they sell aren’t the real deal. A genuine katana should cost at least £6000. This site only offers low-quality replicas, so steer clear.

The Katana I purchased showed up after a month. There wasn't a ton of communication, but I'm pleased that the item came in excellent shape.

I’m giving this a 2-star rating just because I did receive my order. But wow, dealing with them was a real hassle. Their communication is seriously lacking. They were either late or didn’t respond at all. After a missed delivery, I somehow managed to get a tracking number from them, which allowed me to set up a re-delivery. But that was only after a lot of back and forth. It took several months for my order to be processed, which I get, but as the delivery date got closer, I found myself waiting every single day for two weeks, only to miss it on the actual day it arrived, and without any heads-up! It would’ve been super helpful if they had shared the tracking number right after shipping, but I guess that was too much to expect. And don’t even get me started on my mostly ignored pleas for updates as the delivery window was closing in with no word from them.

I'm really happy with the sword I got. My order arrived in just two days. The packaging and delivery were top-notch. The sword matches the description perfectly and is absolutely gorgeous. The quality is fantastic, and the details are beautiful. It included a certificate of authenticity and a kake, just like they said it would. Plus, the customer service was super helpful and easy to reach via email (shoutout to Alex). I totally recommend this site to anyone. It's 100% safe and legit.

I just got my first Katana from this place, and I gotta say, it’s a solid 10 outta 10! The packing was top-notch, the sword is fantastic, and they even threw in a stand as a bonus. Seriously, you can't go wrong shopping here, folks.

The Musha Tanto took quite a while to get here because of issues with the delivery service (Yodel). This delay wasn’t on Katanamart, who were super quick to respond and really helpful in their emails. The tanto itself is stunning, and even though I’m no pro, the quality seems top-notch for such a low price. It has a genuine weight and feels authentic.

I just placed an order for the ONI Katana, and I gotta say, Alex was super open and quick to respond when I inquired about when it would arrive. I totally get that global issues have thrown a wrench in shipping, so I was cool with waiting a bit longer. But since I decided to hang tight, Alex was kind enough to offer me a special deal.

I ended up getting the ONI Tanto too, since it was available and ready to ship. It even comes with a free single Kake, which is pretty neat for display purposes. The delivery was quick, and the packaging did a fantastic job of keeping everything safe.

The sword itself is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and appears to be crafted to top-notch standards. The blade is pristine, and it fits snugly in the Saya. It looks awesome, feels great, and is well-balanced.

I’m definitely planning to shop here again, and I can’t wait for the Katana to show up.

Fraudsters! I can't believe it! They took my cash! I ordered a sword for $110 and waited two months, only to be told, "Oh, sorry, Yodel lost your package." They don’t give any proof that Yodel actually picked it up for delivery! The tracking system on their site always shows ERROR!!! Stay away from these fraudsters!!!

I got the MUSASHI DAISHO | KATANA & WAKIZASHI set and I’m totally thrilled with it. It’s a Christmas gift for my husband, and he’s gonna love it. I also picked up the Luxury Double Katana Kake made from plexiglass so he can show it off right; it’s another fantastic item.

The packaging for the whole order was top-notch.

This is a total scam. I ordered a sword at the start of May for my husband's birthday, and it was supposed to arrive by the end of June. Here we are, two months later, and they’ve taken my cash with nothing to show for it. I reached out to customer service, but they were no help at all, took ages to reply, and just kept delaying the delivery without any explanation. Seriously, steer clear of this place.

The support team was super friendly and did a great job assisting me and answering my questions. The sword arrived in just 3 days. It was in excellent shape and top-notch quality. Everything about it was fantastic. Easy win!

Navigating the site was pretty straightforward, with the katanas organized into various categories (I've had issues with this before), and I snagged an excellent deal on my order.

The customer support was fantastic, addressing all the issues I encountered effectively. The sword was quite nice to use, but I noticed the handle guard started to get a bit loose after a few days.
